Once you've purchased your pattern, you will be automatically emailed your unique download link. You can click into this link (or paste it into your browser), and it will take you back to the site to download your pattern files.

All patterns will have a PDF file, whilst some may have additional video files included (this would be stated in the pattern's product description).

First, I recommend attempting to open the download link on a different browser and/or device (e.g. phone or laptop).

If you continue to struggle to access your files, please reach out to hello@juicyluce.com, citing your name and order number, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

All queries should hear back within 48 hours.
